Stonewerks: Updates and Organization

Just a quick update here at Stonewerks.  I finally got around to updating and organizing my pages here, putting most of my maps, geomorphs, and vertical geomorphs into their respective pages.  It is much easier now to find all of these now, each image is linked to a downloadable PDF for your convenience.  As always, you are free to use anything I’ve posted, all I ask is that I be given credit for the image.  It is a gentleman’s agreement, I post this stuff to be shared with anyone who enjoys it.

I have also added links on the side to Chris Brandon’s “Heros and Other Worlds” game that just came out and to “Dungeonmorph Dice”.  I hope you will all check out and support “Heros and Other Worlds”  it’s a great little game that Chris put a lot of care into, and it shows!  The cover painting, rendered by Chris’s wife, is worth the price of admission alone (IMHO).  I will be posting my review of the game shortly.

Thanks for the support AJ. I am very much looking forward to converting and using more of your maps for Heroes & Other Worlds as well as in The Cauldron magazine. Most of all I hope your schedule allows for our joint project! Glad to see you back my friend!

About this blog

This blog came into being after I discovered the OSR blog scene. I was inspired by Dyson Logos and his blog, specifically his geomorph project. Check out his awesome work: "Dyson's Dodecahedron" The style and the simple elegance of his 10 x 10 squares put me on a mapping roll. I have blatently (...and respectfully) emulated his style and now have pages upon pages of geomorphs. Along with more location specific maps in that same style.

My intent for this blog is for it to be more than just maps and geomorphs. However, for now, I'm just enjoying this burst of creativity inspired by Dyson and the entire OSR community.
